Privacy, in plain language.
This notice covers the Zarvy early-access website, operated by the team developing Zarvy. It does not describe a live patient-call service. This site is for dental-practice business enquiries. Please do not submit patient information or health records.
What we collect
When you apply, we store your name, email, practice name, software and coverage needs. You may also provide a practice website. Product updates are a separate choice from your enquiry.
We store campaign tags and advertising click identifiers present in your page URL with your application, plus the referring site’s origin. We also count page views, CTA clicks, form starts and sample interactions using first-party events. Those event records contain campaign tags and page variant, without your name or email.
Why we use it
We use application details to review fit, contact you about early access and understand which channels bring relevant practice enquiries. We use product-update permission only if you choose it. Applying does not start a paid service.
Storage and access
Application and privacy-request records are stored in the site’s database through our hosting platform, Sites, and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Access is limited to the site operator through authenticated management tools. We do not publish applications or offer a public list of contacts.
To limit abuse, the server temporarily stores an hourly hash derived from the requesting IP address, not the raw address. Our hosting providers may process technical request logs under their own policies. No third-party advertising pixels are active on this website, and we do not sell application details.
How long we keep it
We keep application details while evaluating early access and following up on your enquiry, unless you request deletion. Product-update preferences remain until you withdraw them. First-party event records are periodically removed after 90 days; temporary rate-limit records expire after two hours and are cleared during subsequent site activity.
Your choices
Use the form below to ask for access, correction, deletion, to stop product updates or to raise a privacy question. We may need to verify the email associated with the enquiry before taking action. Requests are saved for the site operator to review; submitting a request does not automatically delete records.
