A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make
things clear.

Early access should come with clear expectations.

Is Zarvy available today?

We’re developing Zarvy and inviting US dental practices to discuss early access. Apply to share your needs, explore the planned experience and hear about pilot availability. We’ll agree scope and timing with you before anything starts.

Will it work with our practice software?

We use NexHealth’s documented dental PMS support list to guide compatibility discussions. A listed system does not mean a Zarvy integration is live. We’ll review your system, version and workflow before any pilot. Direct booking requires a validated integration and agreed scheduling rules.

Does it replace our front desk?

Our initial focus is the calls your team can’t get to: after hours, during lunch and in busy moments. The goal is to support your staff. You help define coverage, approved answers and when a person should take over.

What happens when a caller needs a person?

Human handoff is part of the planned workflow. Before a pilot, we’ll review transfer numbers, staff availability and what happens when no one is available, including a clear callback request.

What about patient data and clinical questions?

This website collects practice enquiries only. Please don’t submit patient details. Before any pilot involving patient information, security, data handling and required agreements must be reviewed. We’re not making a HIPAA compliance claim at this stage. Clinical judgment and benefits verification belong with your team.

What does early access cost?

There’s no payment to apply and no card required. Any pilot scope, pricing and terms will be discussed before you commit. Applying does not start a subscription.
